I'm on my Strata council and we had a quick meeting tonight. Something funny came up - a bunch of us have noticed these super bright lights coming from an apartment in the building across our backlane. It totally looks like a grow-op is going on over there. Here's a (not great) picture. It's the one with the blue-ish fluorescent glow:
Um....aren't people with grow-ops supposed to be subtle about it? I stared at this for a minute and I can totally see a guy playing with a lighter or something inside the suite. And there are definitely plants under those lights. Are they marijuana plants? I can't say I will have to get some binoculars but they are sure making themselves suspicious! Ridiculous.

Maybe it's the plant equivalent of a cat lady who lives there. She just really likes plants. :)
Wow! I would totally get binoculars and take a peek, that's so odd!
The only question is how you gonna make friends with the dudes. But other than that all I can say is, cool story brah!
We used to totally analyze our neighbours too. We had it all worked out that this woman was cheating on her husband with his friend, and we didn't like her because she never walked her dog properly.
At least he isn't in your building!
